Executive Assistant (Principalship)
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and executive support to the Principal, Vice Principal and wider Leadership Team.
This is a key role within the Principalship Office, contributing to the smooth, efficient and effective operation of the College at a senior strategic level.
About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you will deliver a comprehensive and confidential administrative service, supporting senior leaders with diaries, correspondence, meetings and governance processes. You will play a central role in coordinating College Board and committee activity, producing papers and presentations, and ensuring senior leaders are fully prepared for meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative and executive support to the Principalship and Leadership Team
- Manage complex diaries and meeting schedules, including forward planning and “bring‑forward” systems
- Compile and distribute Board and committee papers, agendas and minutes
- Organise internal and external meetings, events and working groups, including logistics and follow‑up actions
- Produce correspondence, reports, presentations and spreadsheets to a high professional standard
- Maintain accurate, secure records and filing systems (electronic and paper‑based)
- Support governance processes, including the preparation of reports for College and Corporation Boards
- Assist with budget administration, CPD records, recruitment activities and senior leadership projects
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion at all times
About You
You will be an experienced administrator, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities and significant responsibility.
